Materials & Specifications

If an agreed material or brand becomes unavailable, any proposed alternative should be handled in accordance with the project agreement and applicable approvals.
Client-requested upgrades, substitutions or changes may affect the project price and timeline.
Approvals & Permissions
Building approvals, permits, sanctions, NOCs, utility permissions and other statutory requirements may vary according to project location and scope.
Responsibility for obtaining, coordinating or assisting with such approvals will be determined by the specific written project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Architectural concepts, drawings, presentations, renders, technical documents, graphics and other materials created by ACOH remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights and the terms of the relevant project agreement.
Project materials must not be copied, resold, commercially distributed or used outside the agreed purpose where such use would violate applicable rights or contractual restrictions.
